這兩天因流感服用瑞樂沙，醫師囑咐暫停哺乳，只能擠出來倒掉，沒想到兩邊奶量差很多，今天開始更是越擠越少，兩邊加起來只有80~130，三小時擠一次怎麼越擠越少，很擔心五天後就沒奶了，五天後再恢復親餵有可能再追回嗎?
Evie Chen 可是醫生跟我說開的是瑞樂沙，克流感才能哺乳，瑞樂沙尚未實驗證實不會影響母乳，加上說明書也這樣寫，只好先餵配方奶，擠母乳出來倒掉，所以可以親餵囉！！！！

In addition, because zanamivir is poorly absorbed orally, it is not likely to reach the bloodstream of the infant in clinically important amounts.[1]

Carrie Wu 瑞樂沙是吸入性的藥物，主要作用在呼吸道，到達全身的可能性很低，雖然沒有用在人的實驗報告，但是用在動物研究，過奶的劑量也不多，所以是安全的，換個方向想，你得了流感，小孩是接觸者，就算會過奶，就當作是預防劑量也是可以的，更何況他是用吸的，別擔心，餵吧。（胸腔科護理長）
